๐Ÿ“ Do you have any other hooks for earrings?


Not at the moment, but as soon as we find good quality hooks we will incorporate them into our earrings.



๐Ÿ“ What material are the hooks of your earrings made of?


The hooks of our earrings are made of 925 sterling silver!



๐Ÿ“ What material are your jewellery made of? Will they rust?


Our jewellery is made of enamel, that means it will stay shiny and will not rust! However, we recommend that you avoid water or anything that could damage them.



๐Ÿ“ Does shipping include tracking?

If you choose the standard shipping option it will NOT include tracking! If you would like tracking to be included please choose the shipping option with the word tracking in it!ย 



๐Ÿ“ What's a Preorder item?

Preorder items are special items that doesn't have been made yet, they have a date when they will be ordered and a ''estimated'' date when they will be shipped (There could be delays due to the production of them) We order them to our suppliers, they produce the items and shipped them to us, once we get them, we will ship every order that contains those items. Please,if you are nor willing to wait two months or more for a preorder, do not buy it.



๐Ÿ“ How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped?

Spain: 5 - 20 Business Daysย 

Europe: 20 - 40 Business Daysย 

To other part of the world: 60 - 180 Business Daysย 

There could be delays because of the COVID situation, please keep this in mind when buying an item.



๐Ÿ“ What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I do not take returns but if you want to exchange your item, you have 24H to contact us before we send them out, If they are shipped I couldn't do it.



๐Ÿ“ Could you refund my order? Arrived damaged/I don't want it

We don't accept refunds / cancelations, please take that in mind before ordering. Although we'll do my best to keep the items safe or won't bend, damaged items due to poor shipping of the courier cannot be return/refunded. Please make sure that the address you entered is complete and 100% correct so that the items will not lost. Also write it in alphabet letters only! (for other languages like Japanese,Chinese etc)

๐Ÿ“ It's been 30 business days already and I still haven't receive my package?

Shipping sometimes takes more than a month to deliver (especially to other specific countries) There is a delivery option with tracking number, if you ordered without tracking number, we can't help you because once we left them on the post office, we don't have any control about the package. If the order is lost on their way, we don't have any fault if you ordered without tracking number.



๐Ÿ“ Covid 19

Due to Covid 19, shipping times may be delayed as well as preorder items may take a bit longer to be manufactured. Estimated shipping times are not exact so please give your package extra time to arrive! I really appreciate your patience during this time
